Information you send

The review form asks for basic contact and business details, such as your name, email, phone number, agency name, agency type, approximate revenue range, QuickBooks status, bookkeeping status, invoice or bill tracking needs, service interests, and message.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, understand whether the service may be a fit, and discuss possible next steps. It is not sold.

Sensitive information

Please do not send passwords, bank login details, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, full account numbers, or sensitive documents through the public form or regular email. If access or documents are needed, Justin will request them separately.

Email and form delivery

The review form may be handled by the website host or another form provider and then delivered to Justin Bojin Bookkeeping. Regular email and public forms may not be appropriate for sensitive financial records.

Analytics

If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they may collect campaign, page, click, and form-submission information to measure site performance. Tracking settings should match the tools actually enabled on the live site.

The public website form is for lead review only. Do not submit bank credentials, QuickBooks passwords, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, full account numbers, payroll records, bank statements, tax returns, or sensitive financial documents through the website form or regular email. If access or documents are needed, they will be requested through a separate controlled workflow.
